Was somewhat seedy. Were some sketchy folks who seemed to be living there. We were only there one night and just needed a place to sleep (came in late and left early). It was OK for this but we definitely felt a need to hurry from our car to the room and then again hurry out when we left.

Very large rooms, lots of parking, stayed in the front of the motel. Particularly love this motel for dog parents. Felicita County Park is a 5 minute drive and you can park across from the park if the gate is not open to walk your dog, Also its a ten minute walk to the back entrance of Kit Carson Park with hiking, dog trails and a sport center, lots of people riding bikes.

For the price, I found it to be quite nice. It was simple, doesn't look like much from the outside, but the rooms were very clean. They also use the newer, quieter air conditioners, as opposed to the old, loud things still far too common at budget hotels in the U.S. Pool was clean and cool. Nice soft lighting around the beds for winding down. I would stay here again, no hesitation.

Overall it was a really nice stay, we didn’t spend much time in here aside to sleep. Some of the reviews scared me saying it was a scam, dirty, etc.. but i didn’t think that at all. Our room was super clean, renovated, staff were friendly, provided towels, so on and so on. I think the only thing for me was the bed frame is like springs it’s a bit squeaky but nothing crazy. Overall, we would stay here again! Close to stores, food, freeway, it’s also in a very nice area!
Double bed room; provided a microwave, mini fridge, plastic cups, tub for ice machine, desk area. Multiple plug ins to charge any device.
Double size bed, clean linens, super confortable, comfy pillows. Small shelf between the beds that also had a plug in to charge devices.
Really nice vanity mirror, plenty of counter space. They provided hand soap, lotion, Kleenex, hair dryer, iron.
Super clean bathroom! Two body towels, two smaller towels, two hand towels.

The place is fine. They do clean it. The floors are tile so the bottom of my socks were always dirty walking on their floors. I’m sure it’s hard to keep clean. The bed was clean. The shower only had one temperature. Hot as hell!!!! That probably should be addressed. The parking was good. The workers were all kind and respectful. Overall it was good for a single guy.
