「Lugar ideal para desconectarse, la habitación que nos asignaron super aseada, amplia y privada. Creo deberían de aclarar que no hay opciones de restaurante cerca ni en la propiedad. Regresaré pero preparado con alimentos y bebidas. Otro detalle, sólo aceptan pago con transferencia o Yappy que es un método para personales nacionales, no para extranjero. No aceptan Tarjeta de crédito, también deberían de aclararlo y que no será expedía quien cobre. 」

「Great place, well furnished and equipped. Floor to ceiling windows. Staff were working to fix the broken AC when we arrived, which thankfully worked. Complex is Directly on the beach with several lounge chairs and umbrella areas on the property. It’s a rocky beach in front of the hotel but good swimming on the left near the river. 」

「Horrible customer service, tried calling to cancel as our flights to Panama were cancelled and they had no number to call, the number given was a house number. Expedia tried calling and no answer in the end we lost out on our money, we lost out on the hotel. 」

「The hotel is beautifully located surrounded by a tropical garden. We had a luxury room with a pretty view but to get there we had to climb very steep steps. The food was very good but the dinner/lunch menu was the same the 4 days we stayed there. 」

「Everything was great at the site. Beautifully appointed with lacquered wood, stucco, and tiles. The grounds are also beautiful. The host, Victoria, was unusually obliging. Can't say enough about this one. The downside is that Expedia booked two rooms for me and I was charged for the one I didn't need. 」

The room was squeaky clean, the staff was very helpful always able to help with suggestions and making our stay as comfortable as possible, the beach is a few steps away and the beach chairs were so comfy. 「The first room they gave us was dirty and had a dead roach on the floor. Also didn’t have hot water. The second room was cleaner but still water was not hot and room had very poor lighting. Shower head has to be replaced as it splashes everywhere except directly down. Pool areas were nice. 」
