「The resort is dilapidated. The rooms are outdated and nonfunctional. Sliding glass door to patio did not open and close. No patio furniture. Broken bathroom window, shower door leaking had to use multiple towels to prevent slipping. A Tech was called to fix problems. He used clear tape to seal gap in doors. Toilet, shower and wash sink was stained with urine and mildew. Food and service was horrendous. My son caught food poisoning from the unsanitary conditions. In the restaurant. Horrible all...

Hicimos reserva en el restaurante Coco Solo, sin embargo, no es comida a la carta, es un buffet de carnes comun y corriente un tanto fría. La comida del buffet principal si estuvo muy rica. Nos hicieron limpieza y eramos 4 personas y solo nos reemplazaron dos toallas, me comunique a recepción para que me trajeran las que faltaban y nunca me...

「The property is very comfortable for short stays, easily accommodates 4 persons. It is essentially a spacious hotel room with a kitchen and a big balcony. The elevator is right in front of the entrance. The condo is close to the huge pool and a beautiful beach. Beds are comfortable and there is a full closet and additional storage space in the room. We had an excellent stay and will look forward to coming back」

「The establishment is enchanting! We only had dessert at hotel restaurant but it was delicious! The grounds are easy to explore and the frog habitat and walking trail are 100% worth it! We learned and saw so much, even a sloth within arms reach. The staff were helpful and when we had a leak in room from a down pour they quickly got a room change for us.
