「I had a great experience staying here. Heidi and Luis and the rest of the staff was very accommodating and super friendly. The rooms are clean and cozy. There is a restaurant and bar on site so there was no need to go anywhere really. I learned that the swimming pool is a new addition and that they are continuously expanding to provide more rooms and amenities. I didn’t have time to try the jet ski on this trip but I saw people enjoying it. I learned from the staff that you can charter a boat...

「Very nice hotel in David. The staff was amazing,the room was spotless. They have a coffee drink bar in the lobby that serves great Lattes. An inhouse restaurant that's open for all 3 meals of the day. Check in and out was fast and courteous. The gym was clean and provided enough for my workout routine and the spa worked well.The shuttle to the airport was on time and very courteous. Highly recommend the hotel if you are in David Panama.」

「El personal es súper amable y considerado. Don Eugenio en la recepción hace un excelente trabajo. Las mucamas también siempre sonrientes y amables. La administradora incluso en su oficina saluda a todos los huéspedes que van pasando. Una excelente experiencia. 」

「I liked that the Acala Hotel was different. From the outside it looked like a typical store front, but when you walk inside you're in the hotel lobby. I used rhe stairs and on each level at the top of the stairs was a seating area. It was somethng different. I was exploring just walking around and at the end of one of the hallways was a balcony with a view of the shops on the street. I would recommend the Alcala Hotel. I will stay there again. Also they have a restaurant with very good food....
