A Diamond in the Rough
Frank made our trip ! He made us feel at home from the beginning. The property is undergoing renovations, yet Frank made every effort to accommodate … cooked and served wonderful meals and offered touring suggestions in Puerto. We look forward to visiting again to see progress on the ambitious undertaking.
I had a great experience staying here. Heidi and Luis and the rest of the staff was very accommodating and super friendly. The rooms are clean and cozy. There is a restaurant and bar on site so there was no need to go anywhere really. I learned that the swimming pool is a new addition and that they are continuously expanding to provide more rooms and amenities. I didn’t have time to try the jet ski on this trip but I saw people enjoying it. I learned from the staff that you can charter a boat from them for open water fishing also. I can’t wait to bring my family here. Kudos to the owners, you’ve got a great thing going here.

Nice room, comfortable bed, good but not great A/C... quiet but couldn't quite reach the 16 C goal. Clean shower but cold only. Bathroom had no door (room #2). Delicious food, large portions, but you pay more for it ($12.50 chicken, $15 pargo). (Restaurant next door has $6 chicken.) Wonderful and warm pool, lots of deck chairs beachside. Perfect ocean water for playing in the light surf, but i got a painful sting from a small jellyfish - the staff were surprised, saying its rare, and locals were enjoying the water without stings. Just my bad luck.
