The staff was friendly and nice. The hotel has a restaurant on site which is a plus. I came in from Bocas del Toro and had to catch a flight next morning. It was perfect for the overnight stay I needed.

Great location to the Bus station

We booked this hotel for its location to the bus station. It is walkable (with a rucksack). We were allowed to check in early our room was ready when we arrived. WiFi was good, room was basic but clean and plenty of room. There is a downstairs outside seating area to use. There is a restaurant on site which sells coffee.

Very dirty, bad smelling, poor locks on doors, no elevator, ac broken, paper thin sheets and blankets older than my mother, bare room- we walked in took one look around and walked out. 100% chance of bedbugs and getting your car broken into. No no no

El personal es súper amable y considerado. Don Eugenio en la recepción hace un excelente trabajo. Las mucamas también siempre sonrientes y amables. La administradora incluso en su oficina saluda a todos los huéspedes que van pasando. Una excelente experiencia.

The hotel was close to the bus terminal, which is what I wanted. The only complaint I have is the restaurant hours. They open at 7am for breakfast. I went to the restaurant at 6:55 to find to personnel in the lobby. I asked about a coffee, but that wouldn’t be ready for 20 minutes. I learned that if you open at 7am, you’re prepared at 7am for service.

The room is very basic, but the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked well and was quiet, which is a plus. The staff were very friendly and accomodating.
