Staff was great , room wasn’t dirty had normal hotel wear and tear . Water park probably is more for children 8 and under I took my 13 year old and he got bored pretty quick . The first room I was in had bedbugs in it, and they did switch me to a second room where the lighting was flickering throughout the night, which also smelled like smoke the male staff at the front while checking in I was very professional

There are many rugs in the room that are not necessary and are malodorous. Bed has plastic sheets that make it difficult to sleep. No bedroom TV. Needs increased security. The unoccupied host desk was thrown to the ground and the outside should use a passkey but it never locked.
