「I cannot recommend Pousada Vila Serrano more highly. This is a beautiful place to stay, a short walk from the heart of Lencois. Staff were excellent and attentive. Easy parking on-site. Room was spacious, beautiful and thoughtfully designed. The trekking agency that operates from the Pousada, called Chapada Mar, was excellent. If you are coming to Lencois to do day hikes in Chapada Diamantina, I highly recommend working with Chapada Mar. Their guides will meet you right at the Pousada after...

「There was virtually no one else staying in this large hotel when we were there which gave a bit of an odd sense. Rooms were super comfortable, breakfast was too big for us to eat, and the quietness around was lovely. We had trouble communicating and understanding the property and the shuttle to the town was not operating so we had to walk up the hill every evening after deal - not a big deal, but you arrived back hot and sticky every evening. We were looking for some help with hiking trails and...
