A pousada fica em ótima localização, muito limpo e organizado. Os funcionários são atenciosos. Contudo, o café servido no café da manhã estava com gosto de queimado...a chapada tem café muito bons,poderia servir um regional. A pousada não tem secador no quarto, eles tem aprnas dois secadores na recepção, os quais tem baixa potencia e demoram de secar o cabelo, mas o hóspede tem apenas 01h para secar... No final do dia poderia ser servido um café/chá com os bolos que não foram finalizados no café da manhã, é uma maneira de agradar os hóspedes, não desperdiçar alimento e confraternizar.

Apesar de ser um hotel agradável, mas algumas coisas poderiam ser melhor, principalmente em função do preço cobrado. Ponto negativo. Piscina, bar da piscina e restaurante só funcionam até as 22 horas. Poderia ser até as 24 horas, principalmente em fins de semana e feriados longos

Tudo ok, porém com pouca empatia com os clientes

Tive um problema com o aluguel do carro em Salvador no domingo, e não pude chegar no hotel no dia reservado. Tentei por mais de 8 vezes ligar nos dois telefones informados pelo Google e pelo Hoteis.com, sem sucesso de contato com a acomodação. Na segunda-feira, cheguei por volta do meio dia, fiz o check in, o hotel tinha apenas mais um quarto ocupado. Pedi um upgrade de quarto, já que não havia dormido uma noite e nem tomado o café da manhã, porém não me deram o upgrade... Fiquei até quinta feira, quando o hotel tinha apenas mais 2 quartos alugados... Minha impressão foi que poderiam ter me acolhido um pouco melhor, afinal, perdi uma diária e o café, e tive que gastar em outra cidade. Resumo: dentre as obrigações do Hotel foi tudo ok, nada que desabone, limpeza boa, café da manhã bom, porém senti que poderiam ter se importado um pouco melhor com os clientes, ainda mais depois de ter sofrido alguns interpéries, poderiam ter dado o upgrade visto que o hotel estava vazio (detalhe, pedi mais de uma vez).
