Nos hospedamos neste hotel por indicação de uma amiga e, sinceramente, superou todas as nossas expectativas! Desde o primeiro contato, o atendimento foi impecável. Os recepcionistas são extremamente cordiais, atenciosos e nos fizeram sentir muito bem acolhidos. Cada detalhe do hotel é pensado com muito bom gosto – o ambiente é lindo, acolhedor, e transmite uma paz que só um lugar especial consegue oferecer. Nos surpreendemos com a estrutura, com a limpeza, com o cuidado com os hóspedes e com a beleza natural que envolve o espaço. Foi uma experiência maravilhosa, daquelas que a gente guarda com carinho na memória e já começa a planejar quando vai voltar. A única observação que gostaríamos de fazer – e que em nada comprometeu a beleza da nossa estadia é em relação ao isolamento acústico dos quartos. Conseguimos ouvir com certa facilidade os sons do quarto ao lado, o que em alguns momentos nos incomodou. Mas, fora isso, tudo foi realmente perfeito. Parabéns a toda a equipe! Saímos encantados e, com certeza, indicaremos para outras pessoas, assim como chegamos aqui por indicação. Já estamos com vontade de voltar!

A hospedagem não foi melhor por conta da piscina aquecida não ter funcionado e a Internet no quarto. Sugiro que a pousada esteja preparada para imprevistos, tendo peças para substituir a piscina e suporte 24 horas da Internet. O custo alto da pousada so compensa se não houver faltas de serviços essenciais. A entrada da pousada deveria ter um cuidado para receber os hóspedes, reformando continuamente.
