I booked this stay on short notice because my original booking was canceled by the host. I paid more for this hotel because my family wanted a pool, at our stay the pool was unavailable to swim. Other than having the pool closed this hotel was very nice and clean with comfortable beds and pillows.

I’m usually very generous with reviews but boy did we feel unsafe. This hotel is right across the Holiday Inn and down the street to DoubleTree. So I cannot say that the area was exclusively bad for this establishment. There was police activity outside 5 times on a one day span. One of those times the perpetrator fled this hotel and his from police. Insane! In addition the website confirms having a jacuzzi and pool. The pool was super cold and dirty. The jacuzzi even colder than the pool, and super super dirty inside. Front desk never was opened, had to talk to people from the little window. No ice machine. The hallways were filthy, I wouldn’t be caught walking barefoot on this black rug. There was a used q-tip the day we arrived on the rug, and still there when we left. As far as the room, it was clean thankfully but extremely outdated and just felt… cold. Uninviting. I think for the price it’s what we get right? But could use major remodeling and cleaning of the premises. I hope management reads this, please please have amenities working, remodel rooms a bit, and for the love of God please vacuum corridors.

This property was no not willing to work with me as a client at all this facility would not accommodate me in anyway which way or form and robbed me of a whole night stay because they didn’t rent me two rooms. I have no idea why when I told them that I was renting the room for my family was coming to stay and visit with me which is what people use motels for sometimes so I don’t understand what the problem was, which is very weird.

This hotel is dirty. The staff is rude in the office and I was treated completely completely inappropriate by them taking my money and not giving me a room and they did not give me my money back Release my money and that is completely unacceptable. Uncalled for and unethical.

This has got to be the worst staff in akk of rge Antelope Valley and surrounding area. Staff are extremely rude. I had a reservation and the lady working there wirhout even looking, tried telling ne i had no reservation. Check-in is supposed to be at 3pm but she didnt let me check in until 4 pm. Rediculous

I spent a week here, waiting for storm to pass and snow to melt off the Pacific Crest Trail. Motel had excellent rates and motel was clean. Just basic clean room was all I needed. Housekeepers were awesome, checking with me daily.

Absolutely disgusted! Roaches everywhere! Coming from behind fridge and all along side of dirty filthy walls Inside fridge was rusted and nasty just as the bathtub with stopped up toilet! I had to leave couldn’t stay! Surprised this place is even open for business and not shut down!

Reserved a non smoking room... Guy at front desk told me that even though there was NOT a no smoking sign in the door, it was a non smoking room, but people smoke in them anyway. His solution? Rather than giving me a different room, he gave me a can of glade air freshener.... .. Even if I bought that, doesn't explain the in room Fridge not working and being room temperature. Be warned.... You get what you pay for... Apparently in Los Angeles area, & 75 doesn't get you much at all.. Not even a room that doesn't stink like a chain smokers convention!!

Horrible! Lobby staff was rude. Bathtub was gross. No sheets on the bed. People doing drugs outside. Deadbolt didnt lock. Did not feel safe. People screaming, playing loud music, and slamming stuff all night.TV did not work. would have left if it wasn't for the storm and wasn't pouring rain. I Needed a handicap room or at least first floor. They said none where available so I had to crawl up the stairs in the rain, but it looked like there where first floor available. It says 24 hour lobby but when we tried to leave in the morning, they said they couldn't help us till 9:30. The deposit is cash only which wasn't mentioned on the website. Cops who knew our home was being evacuated because of the storm followed us in to tell us this was a bad place to stay. But we had our dogs and they where pet friendly and we didnt want to drive in the storm any more. We talked to the sherrifs today and they said that is the worst hotel in pamdale to go to.

You get what you pay for. Furniture in the rooms are kinda beat up, but my room was cleaned every day. Every day for 8 days! Without me even asking . They even replaced the bed cover twice. No microwave, but there was a fridge. Will stay again

The room was old and smelly. The door looked like it had been kicked in at some point in time and just barely repaired. The bathroom it had mold in the corners and the tub was stained (rust). The attendant was very rude. I will never stay there again!

This place is a dump. The outside is filthy and the service is lousy. We arrived at 4 when checkin began at 3 and had to wait 15 min for someone to appear in the office (we had to do all business from outside) to check us in. Then we were sent to a dirty room complete with cigarette butts (although the room was supposedly non-smoking). No apology. Also no coffee the next day, only decaf. We could have purchased a waffle for $5 but weren't allowed the cereal, pastries or yogurt that were right there. Weird place with scary people.

Environment (police shaking down people a the door) No office, only a prison window with no contact; talking through a piece of glass, couldn't understand. I walked away without checking the room, paid more at a better motel. I don't advise staying where it feels like a prison and police all over the parking lot.

Let me first say Ray one of the managers and Eddie who makes sure the property is clean are truly amazing people!! But Stephanie the manager and some of the house keeping staff … have terrible customer service. I get it yes you guys rent to a lot of people who are on drugs and are very difficult to deal with but that is not all of your customers who rent a room from you guys my family and I are just going through a temporary financial situation and needed a place to stay until we get bk on our feet.. with that being said we have stayed here for about 2 months .. paid every day and we have never had a issue with any of the staff .. until one day the entire property was out of running water for over 8 hours. Due to an employee who didn’t know what he was doing and cracked the pipe …Not any one from the hotel had the courtesy to tell us that the water would be off for hours …again no empathy,.treating every like slums…. I have three kids and we’re not able to take shower or use the restroom.. for 8 hours When I paid for that day … I paid to have running water in my room so the next day I spoke with Stephanie the manager and again no apology for not having water for 8 hrs … she actually lied and said the pipe broke because of cold temperature. again that was not the truth at alll. either way the entire building had no running water . So I ask will they be compensating us or at least give us a discount and she said no so I asked for owners info and was told no at the end was
