「Lovely atmosphere」

「Eine moderne Lodge, eine offene Küche mit Gasgrill, Kochplatz und Spüle. Das Geschirr könnte zahlreicher vorhanden sein! Im Zimmer war ein Kühlschrank und eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffee. Wünschenswert wären mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten, Platz dafür ist vorhanden! Das Personal war sehr freundlich.」

「What a fabulous location. An immersive rainforest experience, with a beautiful view from our balcony. You could hear a variety of birds singing. It was music to the ears and you really felt connected with nature. If you ever decide to come to Uvita, this is the place to stay. The natural materials used in the accommodation complemented the surroundings. Very pleasing to the eye all around.」

「What a wonderful vacation! I stayed in early February 2026 on a mother-son getaway. We stayed in one of the spa suites and enjoyed the animals and the birds in the tree off our deck. I just can’t say enough great things about this place: the views (incredible sunsets), the food, Happy Hour cocktails, the pool, the friendly and attentive staff (shout out to Francisco, José, Roxy and Noelia). But, I’ve also seen coati, howler monkeys, capuchin monkeys, a staghorn beetle, iguanas, and loads of tropical flowers and butterflies! You really doing have to go anywhere to see so much! 「We had a great 6 nights at Casa Gitana, we had a lovely room with a shady private patio, our room was cleaned everyday and the staff were great. Breakfast was included and there is a restaurant for lunch and dinner. It's a short walk to the beach and many tours can be organised at the hotel. Thanks. 」

「We had a great stay! The team is amazing, the food was delicious, and the view from the room was incredible. The hotel location was close to the beach and nearby restaurants. Be prepared for steps though as it's a bit of a walk up to the rooms.」

「Everything was wonderful. The room was beautiful and extremely comfortable. The staff was great. Extremely attentive and friendly. It was our 56th wedding anniversary and they sent a nice chachuterie board to our room. Every evening the maid came by with a sweet treat for each room. The property is very nice and right on the bay. Very relaxing atmosphere . I would definitely consider returning to the Amaka Lodge 」
