Aqua Soleil Hotel & Mineral Water Spa
The check-in lady was very nice and we were able to get into our room a few minutes early. The room itself was not a high quality room as the carpet had paint stains, the only window was facing the pool and the bed was not at all luxurious. We didn’t leave but would not pay this much again.

Hotel is outdated, customer service of front desk staff could be improved, I'd also appreciate regular room service especially for longer stays instead of only "upon request"

Embassy Suites by Hilton Palm Desert
Room was spotless and very clean. The bar service was excellent. The breakfast was excellent. A lot variety of food. The customer service and room service was excellent. Pool was very cozy and clean. Will definitely stay here with the family.
