"We had an amazing time! Our poolside patio room was right across the pool and fire pits, very convenient. The staff was outstanding allowing us both an early check in and late check out. Thank you Julio and Tiffanie! Your great customer service, professionalism and willing to go above and beyond are much appreciated. We will be back! "
"A couple things were broken when I showed up, however nothing major at all and they were working on repairing it all. Otherwise a very smooth/great stay! Very clean. Would stay again, especially for the price. "
"We stayed July 1- 4th, 2025. This is a must hotel if you want to be close to everything. Walking distance to Palm Springs Main Street, restaurants, bars, shops etc. The hotel is beautiful, clean and quiet and safe. Great parking. The morning breakfast is amazing, with indoor or outdoor seating. The courtyard we ate at is beautiful. The room we stayed had two queen beds, it was so big and clean and updated. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough about this hotel. I will definitely stay her when ever we are in Palm Springs. "
