「This is the second time I've stayed here & unfortunately, the upkeep has slipped. For the price point, I expected far more. The pool was full of bugs and leaves, the hot tub water was grimey and white, the TV in my room didn't work and the breakfast offerings were undercooked. 」

「The Cactai is excellently maintained with comfortable beds and a beautiful swimming pool area complete with nice lounging and a hot tub. It has modern decor and high tech features including a bidet with great setting choices. There is no front desk. Once you register yourself as a guest you are sent a code for the front gate and your room and you're all set. We would stay again when in Palm Springs.」

「Beautiful property! The rooms were gorgeous and clean, and the pool was stunning. The breakfast in the morning was a really nice touch. Would definitely come back!」

「The hotel is beautiful and huge. We had four adult females in our party. We requested a room with two queen beds. The room was extremely large. The bathroom was very spacious and filled with all the necessities. The hand and body lotion was not a favorite because of the pungent smell and difficult to absorb. All of the staff were courteous and very helpful. The Bellhops will call Ubers for you if you like. They are also kind enough to take pictures for your group. We did not eat at this...

「The hotel is a boutique hotel. It’s very basic in its services - you have to carry your bags up to the room (no lift), cleaning seems to be minimum and there is no front desk, just an unfriendly barman at the bar of the hotel. Upon checkout I was not allowed to see the invoice to check, and the same unfriendly staff told me I should get it by email. I didn’t receive for a few hours so I emailed the hotel (the address given to us at check in, since they don’t have a front desk so you can’t call...
