"This was a comfortable, affordable option in downtown Palm Springs when hotels were sold out and pricey during a major regional event. The room was basic, spotlessly clean, and provided for a quiet and good night's rest. A good option for sure! "

"Trash left ourside my room both days,took an hour and a hslf tonget breakfast. Pointed iur Wall paper had dried out, and pealing in bathroom, and only one lock on tbe door. Other lock removed, and not replaced."

"I was greatly disappointed by the terribly horrendous beds. When you lay on them you sink 6 inches making it difficult to climb out. They are more like hammocks with springs popping through. The comforter was torn terribly. Faucets were loose. And when they moved us to another room eventually...the room stank like airplane glue or toxic grouting. The staff was miserable and uncouth. I'd rather sleep in my car and the room was $425 a night plus parking. All in all you couldn't pay me to ever stay at a Renaissance hotel again. "

"Was told there was no airport shuttle but saw one outside of hotel after arriving. Staff is very friendly and prompt to contact you or say hello. Rooms are dated and a bit dark, but clean and functional. Bed is very comfortable. Pool is also dated, but clean and towels were always available."
