The owner was so nice and explained how he started this motel. The rooms including bathroom, kitchen, living room was huge. Between 4 people the place was spacious for all of us. 「The motel is newly open. It has a Mediterranean themed finishing, with olive green as main tone. The room was very clean, with TV, fridge and coffee machine. The bathroom was very beautiful. It uses a self-check-in system. If you book prior you stays, you should be fine, just follow the instructions and you will receive the passcode. If we book it the same day, as what I did, best arrive before 5PM. I didn’t receive the check-in instructions, but I managed to meet a very helpful and friendly...

「The hotel is newly opened, the designs are excellent with a great vibe. I made the booking knowing new hotel may have glitches and expecting some "surprises". It turned out to be true as my room had an entire electricity blackout during the night with the air ventilation also stopped functioning. It was certainly not a good experience to say the least. The next morning I went to the front desk to report this, led by Jessica, the front desk staffs were very understanding and patience to help...

Couch was dirty and had some stains on it, but room was otherwise clean. Seemed expensive for what it was, but being a large room near the beach in Burleigh, it was probably priced accordingly.」

「The hotel is located near the airport. You can drive for around 10 mins to access. Petrol station is driving for around 15 mins. The room is spacious. The hotel does not provide cleaning service unless you pay extra charges. You have to clear the garbage by yourself. However if you are staying for over 7 days, once cleaning service will be provided. There is swimming pool and gym room, good for spending time and relaxing. It is surrounded by restaurants, cafes and 2 supermarkets. All are closed...
