Convenient Local

Beautiful stay. The hotel room we had was large and clean. We loved the balcony, The outside of the hotel was very dirty with garbage all over the place. Definitely need someone to pick up the numerous bottles and garbage. Very close to bus and train stations.

5th floor room with balcony. Although overlooks the train station any noise didnt bother us at all and at night with doors closed absolute silenece. Easy 10\15min walk to norman palace Ideal location and safe.

These apartments are modern, clean and well located. A little difficult to find as the location on the map puts it right in the train station. Once you find the place you need to check in at the hotel that the apparent are above. Once you figure that out you are good to go. Would defiantly recommend for your stay in Palermo.

Værelset var lækkert!!

Vi havde svært ved at finde hotellet, da adressen ikke passede præcist på maps.. Da vi kom frem var receptionen ikke særlig indbydende men selve værelset var fantastisk rent pænt og nyt! Vi havde nogle gode dage der, selvom det ligger i det ikke så spændende kvarter af Palermo.

Water in the fridge restocked every day Coffee machine with pods restocked in the room Bed was good Giant balcony Friendly staff Modern rooms Right next to the station so bus and train connections are easy You do have to walk a bit to get to the main area but its not too bad, couldn't find much options for dinner in the area There's a park close by that has some sketchy folk in it but they keep a low profile to avoid the police, who are stationed nearby anyway If you are getting breakfast I'd avoid the cafe next-door as it is a complete rip off, Torrefazione Amato was much better and is very close

Nice hotel in not so nice area

Room was spacious with a kitchen off the balcony. That was a little awkward as you had to go outside then open a separate door to the kitchen. Balcony was pleasant. The area was right across the street from the train station. The neighborhood was a little sketchy but what I found interesting was the lack of good restaurants. And the fact that most stores, bars, restaurants closed from 3-7 pm.

The pictures didn't meet the reality! What we had was a dark, small place with the window facing the elevator well! Communication in english with the staff almost impossible. The good thing was the location because it's central and right next to the bus station

Hotel’s location in google maps is wrong. Breakfast is very limited, I would not think it as breakfast included. Elevator gets stuck frequently. They asked for cash payments, accepted credit cart after I insisted.

Wonderful apartment is great location.

The apartment itself was wonderful - spacious and clean. We found the location very good - directly opposite the train and bus station (though not noisy or unsafe), and just a 10-minute stroll to the main centre. We did have trouble locating the apartments as they are not signed, but are on the top floor of the 55 Aira Hotel, the staff of which were friendly and helpful. When we were there at the end of March/beginning of April the hotel was packed with teenage school children every day which made the general areas of the hotel extremely busy and noisy, especially around meal times. However, we didn't experience any late-night noise. We'd definitely consider staying there again due to the standard of the apartment, its location and ease of public transport to/from the airport.

Room had beg bugs. No solution other than to spray the bed with a chemical. Hotel tried to only offer a voucher instead of a refund. Staff member let it slip that the room had had complaints of bed bugs in the past. Why not try to remedy the solution not continue to offer the room up to be booked? Staff also tried to say that there were no bugs howerver I provided proof and had to fight to get a refund which I still have not received. Will work with my CC company to get a full refund.

Modernes Apartment mit Dachterrasse

Die Unterkunft, unser Zimmer war super, toll die Dachterrasse, nur die Organisation bei der Ankunft und zum Frühstück war nicht gut. Als wir das Apartmentgebäude endlich gefunden hatten, wurden wir an ein Büro nebenan verwiesen. Man händigte uns den Schlüssel aus und wir gingen wieder zum Nachbarhaus. Dort passte aber der Schlüssel nicht. Also wieder zurück und der etwas muffige Rezeptionist sagte, dass der Zugang zum Apartment hier im Haus sei, hinten einen Gang entlang. Als wir nach dem Frühstück fragten, sagte er, sie haben kein Frühstück gebucht. Und er blieb bei seiner Behauptung obwohl wir die Buchung vorliegen hatten. Erst mehrere Telefonate mit dem Eigentümer brachten ihn dazu, uns die Frühstücke zu "genehmigen". Das Frühstück gibt es unten im Cafe, nichts besonderes aber man wird satt.
