「Amazing staff. Very friendly and professional. Many thanks to Gianluca and Alvise that took great care of us. The area is clean and the apartment was very impeccable and nicely decorated. We did not experience any problems. The views from our apartment were beautiful. I would recommend scheduling a private water taxi to avoid long walks. Great location away from the big rush but yet close enough to the main attractions. 」

「Palazzetto My Venice is a beautiful hotel. It is in a quaint area but yet a short walk to St Marks Square, a water bus terminal and the stunning winding streets of Venice. The staff cannot do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble, and they are really friendly. Our room was perfect and breakfast is amazing. I did not find a fault with this hotel, the staff made it a wonderful experience for us and we will definitely return one day. 」

「酒店旁边的餐厅味道巨好我开车去的，所以查的时候选的是有停车场的第一次去威尼斯也不懂比较二以为可以开到酒店。我们停车的地方到酒店两公里吧各种桥要搬行李酒店没有电梯但是服务态度不错。钥匙上坠的东西巨重，因此酒店会让旅客出门前把钥匙放他们那保管。」

「Hotel restaurant is fairly good, bar is great, especially the waiters and bartenders are in good energangy. Location is in the city center closed to ferry station. If you are in for shopping, this is also a good place to stay with all the luxury brands around. The only problem I have is the drainage system in the shower/bath tub. The water goes down very slowly, everytime I took shower, it will take 15 minutes till the wastewater to go down completely. I notified the front desk to send someone...
