「The Room was perfect, Location is a short 5 minute walk to the train station. A stocked and very clean Kitchen was great, Deborah the owner is very nice, she takes great pride in making her property beautiful. Full disclosure there is a bar on the first floor so you hear people talking till late in the evening. If that doesn’t bother you the property is perfect. We would stay again.」

「The rooms were very spacious and clean and the beds were vety comfortable. Everybody was so kind and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. My only regret was not being able to stay another night as we were traveling to Assisi the next day. The locat to Lucca was also perfect and tge drive into the walled city was less than two minutes. I can't say enough great things about our hostess and her mom. They we absolutely sweet and wonderful people. The next time, I will use La Chiuso Delle Monache...

Paolo drove me to the train station when he saw my big luggage and knew that my backbond suffered from pain. 「Although my stay was brief, I throughly enjoyed my visit. Alessandro was very responsive to all of my questions. I would recommend paying extra for the breakfast. It was delicious. Now, you are on a Main Street so it can get loud if you’re not used to it, but it did not bother me or my partner. They also supply ear plugs! I would love to come back the next time I am in Lucca. 」

「This hotel room was great! I loved the features and location great too! There is a cafe though under it and both nights were soooooo loud from 12-3am (maybe beyond). It seemed to be an area for locals to gather after the bar! I’m a deep sleeper and it kept be up so be wary.」
