「Luca is very kind and friendly, let us check-in early before official check-in time. The room is very big, clean, morden and so comfortable. Breakfast is also good. The hotel is very close to Metro Barbarini, however the station is closed one day before we arrival due to some accident, and we need to walk for 10 mins from previous station to the hotel but never mind~it is great stay in this hotel and will be back when we come to Roma again.」

Pamela at check in was extremely patient and helpful, offering to store my bags before I accessed the room and contacting me when the room was ready as I was out exploring Rome. The room was perfect and as advertised, and the facilities felt luxurious. I decided to have breakfast the next day, turning up earlier than I should have but was accommodated nevertheless. 「We loved being able to walk from the hotel to various shops, restaurants and attractions. The hotel staff were welcoming and very helpful being our first time to Rome. We ate at the coffee shop for breakfast and the Lounge one night for dinner and cocktails and all were great.」

「It's a nice hotel without zero to one bar wifi signal. Wifi outside the hotel is stronger than our room. I asked them to solve the issue three times and one of their staff told me to pay to have better wifi while there wasn't any wifi signal to begin with. They never solved the wifi issue 」

「Stayed in the family suite which is actually two separate hotel rooms in private area. Loved the rooms very spacious the roof garden for breakfast was fantastic what a great space and good food. The location is great walking distance to major sites and great shopping on Via Nazionale. The staff is very friendly and helpful . I will definitely return to this gem of a hotel!! 」
