Spacious, clean, quiet and newly remodeled rooms. Was the 4th hotel we stayed at in recent European vacation and was by far the best accommodations for the money. We really appreciate the little things like free water in the room each day, accessories in the bathroom, chocolates and champagne upon arrival. Great location and very nice vibe in the room. Will stay again in the future.

Phenomenal Find ... very unassuming

This is a great hotel. Probably the cleanest we have been in a long time equal to any world-class 5-star hotel. This was quite a find and very unassuming. My wife and I are very picky ... Grace at the front desk was great, the bed and sheets were top-notch and the shower water pressure was fantastic. It's located on side street by Piazza Barbarini. Initially, we were put off by the name because it sounded like a youth Hostel ... very far from it! This was a lucky find.

Great location; good room condition

We stayed at the top floor of the apartment building next to the main building where the check-in counter is located. The room isn't very big but has a small balcony and plenty of sunlight. The decor feels new and modern. AC works well and cools down the room fast. Only 1 bottle of water is provided for free every day. So do watch out for this if more than 1 person is staying in the room. Best thing is the location; it's easily walkable to the Spanish Steps, Travi Fountain...etc. The hotel is also located next to a well-known restaurant (Osteria Barbarini). Must reserve ahead of time to try this great place!

Very dirty room (suite) - big spot on a sofa, dirty carpet, dirty walls and curtains, dirty marble tables! And this is suite! Veeery uncomfortable sofa neither for sitting, nor for for sleeping. The heating didnt work for several days, the staff instead of apologizing, tried to gazlight, trying to assure that we don’t know how to use air condition system. The breakfast is in the basement and leaves much to be desired. What we liked - really quite, close to many sights, nice view.

Excellent and luxurious collection

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous and amazing. It was walking distance to the metro , restaurants and bars. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was stunning. The bed comfort was one of the best I’ve experienced. The sheets and bed were my favorite. The bathroom was absolutely perfect! The towels and robes were beautiful. The lobby area was also great with complimentary mint water. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Rome.

Lovely stay

Clean, spacious apartment with lovely front of house staff. Great location within walking distance to the Spanish steps, yet located on a quiet street. Perfect for a family with a toddler.

From the minute we checked in greetings were friendly and informative. The room was comfortable and clean. The condition was almost new The only wish was better water pressure in the shower. All and all a great find in a excellent location
