「The location is excellent. The room is spacious and comfortable.」

「Hotel was very well located in the centre of the historic area. Staff were friendly and welcoming although not on site 24/7. They finish duty 18.00hrs so if you are arriving later than 18.00hrs, you need to prearrange with the hotel. Upon opening the door to the hotel you are greeted by a short flight of very steep stairs but once inside there is a small lift for your suitcases to be taken to upper floors. My understanding is that there is no lift for people. Our room was on the ground floor so...

「The room was updated and of a good size. The bathroom spacious and updated. The location is pretty great (in the upper town). My main issue with the room was the lack of natural light, it is an old building so you hear upstairs neighbours/hallway noises and the pillows were hard on my neck. The breakfast was included but I was on business and the hours didn’t work for me. The breakfast was also in a basement room with no windows.」

「I was assigned a room next to the elevators. Have much noise during the day inside room. Decent toiletries and high quality towels. I like hotel lobby and the rest area given guest to have self serviced coffee and tea. Good location to access to popular street and cafe. Attentive valet service. One thing to complain is overcharging me wine vending machine. Appealed to the front desk. Yet to wait for refund.」

「A clean and stylish hotel where it is convenient for tourists to sightsee around the beautiful city. Besides the hotel provides some “little surprise” e.g. welcoming letter and candies, tasty chocolate, hydrating water jar and refreshing music list. The staffs are nice and polite to communicate.
