「The property and staff were very friendly. The room was comfortable, clean, and the property very relaxing. The staff were very helpful and provided a sauvé continental breakfast every morning along with espresso 24 hours a day. The backyard was not quite open yet but it was beautiful. The location is ideal, easy to get to and from old village and all of the sights but also off the beaten path enough to be peaceful」

「The room was clean and spacious, and there are many restaurants within walkable distance. The hallway does have a faint chemical odor due to the lack of ventilation, but it does not affect our stay much at all.」

「Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one...

「Fabulous location a block from the Chateau Frontenac facing the river and the boardwalk. The desk staff was wonderful with great suggestions. Room cleaning was lacking. We had 4 rooms and 2 of them never had maid service. My sister had to ask for fresh towrls at the desk.」
