"Very easy going friendly employees."

"I paid a premium to stay here and expected a flawless experience, but it fell far short. A pipe burst in the garage, flooding it with sewage that remained unresolved for two days. For the price, that’s completely unacceptable. On top of that, parking cost an additional €150, which felt unreasonable given the circumstances. The view was beautiful, but it doesn’t make up for the overall experience. Very disappointed."

The air conditioning worked well once available and helped keep the room comfortable, although it was not operating during the first few days of our stay.
