The location could not be more ideal—just steps away from the Champs-Élysées and perfectly centric for exploring the city. The hotel itself is warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Mousa was amazing: He's the best, the epitome of customer service. Location was excellent, walkable and lively, great shopping, close to stops where we could easily catch tour buses or the subway. Across the avenue is Rue Marbeuf where there are tons of excellent restaurants, so convenient.
