「地下停車場出口離飯店門口只有幾步之遙, 缺點是沒電梯, 行李扛得有點累.走過對街就是舊城區徒步區了, 走到大教堂約莫十分鐘, 門口右轉走約150公尺是市場, 水果價格算便宜.飯店服務人員親切且幫忙不少.房間大小尚可, 浴室大小讓人滿意.早餐水準不錯, 甜點種類也不少.網路有點連不上, 是一項缺點.整體而言令人滿意.」

「The location is good and the room is clean. There were 2 small towels for our cleaning of our dirty shoes which I like as it saves the clean towels and environmental friendly. But there was an accidental alarm rang which woke all of the residents up. 」

「Great hotel. Air conditioning worked well in November to keep my wife cool for sleeping. Bed was really comfy and the property was lovely. Enjoyed the delicious breakfasts and coffee as well as the dinners. The short walk to the historic center and Cathedral de Santiago was great. It rained the entire time we were there but the service, food and comfortable room made up for not being to explore as much of the town as we wanted. Excellent and friendly service. Also great on site underground...
