「One of the staff on reception (a blond lady) and a member of the bar staff were the worst I’ve come across in over 40 years of travelling. They were rude and unhelpful. This appears to be a common experience amongst guests. It’s a shame as the hotel is lovely but my advice to fellow travellers would be to look elsewhere.」

「I stayed here for one night after walking 15 miles from Pontevedra on the Camino de Santiago Pros: -The women at the front desk was very kind and let me check in 3 hours early -The price is hard to beat as it was 35 euros for 1 night for a single standard room with king bed (the rooms are also very spacious) Cons: -You feel like you are entering and exiting a maximum security prison as you can only enter and exit the premise through a gate that has to be opened by talking to person at reception...
