"The room was clean -until - I requested towels and other items and I came back to my room to find clean towels draped across our toilet without any of the other requested items present on my clearly placed privacy please placed door card on the door . "

"Toilet was not functioning after check-in and when we let the front desk know, we were told that we could not switch rooms and that we would have to wait until morning to have maintenance come and look at it and to use the lobby restroom. After a long day of driving this was extremely inconvenient especially since our room was on the opposite side of the lobby. When my child needed to use the restroom, we did end up going to the lobby restroom...where the toilet was clogged. I had to ask for a plunger from the front desk to unclog someone else's waste so my child could use the restroom. Front desk was unapologetic and instead of offering to help with the bathroom, they were totally fine with letting a guest take a plunger wrapped in a plastic bag. Besides that, the shower had hair in it and the blankets had visible stains. We always stay here for our trips into Anaheim and have stayed multiple times... but honestly, never again. We'll pay extra to stay somewhere with actual clean and working facilities where I won't need to borrow a plunger to clear someone else's mess."
