"All the food places were being renovated. The Buffet was closed and the wait for the lounge was over an hour. All we could get was a disgusting sandwiche and a terrible salad with 1/4 of a tomato and 1/4 cucumber on a bed of romaine that cost 26$. The hotel is beautiful and the casino is fun but when you’re hungry after 11 hours of driving, it was a huge disappointment"

"Located near lots of sights and restaurants/bars downtown and still walkable to Slabtown. Only 2 blocks from the Tri-Met, too. Beds are comfy, showers have good water pressure, and the walls aren't thin. The bar downstairs is pretty nice, too. Downtown Portland is what it is, but this location is convenient and safe. Unless the prices skyrocket, I'll likely keep staying here."

"We arrived early and used the luggage storage service and parking. Staff were great and took care of everything. Parking for check in can be a little tricky if there are multiple people arriving at the same time. But, we didn’t have any issues. Although you must pay additional for parking, you are in downtown Seattle and you could pay much more on your own. Area does have some homeless issues, but so does any area of Seattle. But, the doors are locked at night with on site security checking for any issues. Overall the hotel is very clean and is in very good condition. Bed was comfortable, shower was warm, and everything is in walking distance. I will stay here again if traveling to Seattle."
