「Wonderful staff and manager Hector. They were always friendly and ready to help in whatever way we needed. The only suggestion for the resort would be to increase the pathway lighting. At night , it is is really hard to see the way back to the cabins.」

As a minor suggestion, it would add a great value if hot water kettle and tea options could be provided in the room or in a common location as we noted in other hotels we stayed during our trip. 「Our stay was a dream come true. The hotel facilities feel like staying in a museum, full of history and beauty. The staff went above and beyond, Lucia the concierge made sure we were taken care of, she went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The servers at breakfast and dinner were so kind and offer us off menu items and never stopped asking if we needed anything else. 「This is a family ran lodge with plenty of character. Rudy and Claudia are very helpful and attentive The dogs, cat, llama and little rabbit are super friendly as well. Perfect place to kick back and relax, it is a little tough to get in and out of there so plan accordingly. The place is a little rough on the edges, but that is the exact appeal.
