Room was basically left un-cleaned before it was turned over to customers 😐
No towels in room toilet left filthy and had to have someone clen before using.
Shower floor was full of dirt and gravel?
Kitchen area is very filthy.
Carpet had gravel plastic and paper all over it I had to remove」
