"Great destination due to the Crystal bridges Museum. It seems that the floor our room was on was in midst of renovation. No art display in elevator lobby and carpet in hallway was seemingly in process of being replaced... ripped and stapled together... Sorry I didnt take pix."

"We love this hotel and have stayed here several times. It’s always clean and comfortable. I love the vibes of this hotel. Our only problem was our room was charged for drinks from the bar that we did not order. I called the hotel and the girl we spoke with was very rude. She did end up removing the cost of the drinks, but did not remove the gratuity and other charges connected to those drinks. "

"Still a comfortable and relatively affordable place to stay in Clayton (although note it’s not really in the Galleria area as billed.) But it’s showing a little wear compared with my earlier visits when it was brand new. The light and alert sound on the legendary waffle maker was broken as was my in/room refrigerator. "
