Mercure Oxford Eastgate Hotel
Room was far too hot-top floor and heating pumping out with no way to turn down. Small fan in room not up to job of cooling sufficiently. Bar /food not open. Disappointing for a Mercure hotel. Staff apologetic but unable to solve issue.
