「I love this chain and have stayed at a number of Graduate Hotels. This one felt a little empty. I didn’t feel the character of the others - maybe it’s the large lobby, maybe it’s the decor of rooms. It just felt like it was a “thinner” version of the other fab Graduate Hotels (Ann Arbor, New Haven).」

「Hotel, location, staff, check-in, room, cleanliness…all absolutely top notch. However, I got up at 4am to go to the loo, and the carpet was soaked next to the bed! One of the bathroom sinks had sprung a leak from one of the sink water supply pipes and soaked both the bathroom and adjoining bedroom carpet! The nice young lady at reception offered to put me in a different room but I was wide awake by then and I got on the road early to continue my trip home. She brought me some more towels to help...

「When we checked in the lobby was dirty, the stay was perfect. I was disappointed with breakfast. Who has biscuit but no gravy it was weird. 」

「The location is great but I dont think our bathroom had been cleaned in awhile... like hair in the shower, on the floor and the back of the toilet to include noticable dried up urine when you close the toilet lid. I did veeify it was hair or dried up urine in both places with tissue and it was... when house keeping came around, I asked if they could.come back that we would be gone between 9-5. He said maybe. 「Parking was awful. We have a jeep with a small tralier. They wanted us to park down the road in a dark parking lot where semis were. We could not even have parked in the lot without they tralier as they did not have enough space. Forcing us to leave and go somewhere else. Expedia would not refund our money. We are not disputing with our credit card company.」
