"The room was $700 a night we stayed for 2 nights and it was never cleaned or restocked. We had to go to the front desk for toilet paper and towels. They gave us one roll of toilet paper for 3 guests and never restocked. Good location but not worth it for the price."

The nextam, I was cut off of wifi and when we left the building for the purported breakfast, was locked out of our room. 4. paint job on exterior looks nice, but amenities and facilities are way below standard of excellence, to barely tolerable. 5. slept pretty well in the beds, a plus sign despite the above"

"I love this chain and have stayed at a number of Graduate Hotels. This one felt a little empty. I didn’t feel the character of the others - maybe it’s the large lobby, maybe it’s the decor of rooms. It just felt like it was a “thinner” version of the other fab Graduate Hotels (Ann Arbor, New Haven)."
