We were on the third so we had some steps to use and drag the chair up. An access ramp is at the side of the building but, if you cannot do stairs, you have to wheel through the outside bar patio in the front, into the back of the bar, through the restaurant and out into the lobby. I did not personally love the layout of the rooms especially in terms of plugs, as these could be difficult to find (even behind someone's head on the bed headboard), however this is a very tiny thing and generally speaking everything went well and was easy.
