「原本訂了四晚的，但第三日朝早就發現背包內的暗格少了$3000港元，懷疑前一天整天外出的緣故被清潔員工入房偷了現金，但重點是外出時已掛出請勿打擾的牌，返酒店經理投訴卻沒有把事情解決，原來酒店的走廊是沒有閉路電視的，所以並無法證明是誰入了房間，但明明酒店的房間是使用電子鎖的，酒店職員是有記錄但不肯給我，又叫我自己去警局報案，但去了警局警察知道我不是當地人有沒有作出很大的幫忙，只是說沒有證據證明的話不知道是誰進了房間，警察也沒辦法可以捉到人，而調查亦有可能要超過兩星期，那時候已經不在英國了，所以即使落了安也沒法跟進，但我最後仍然選擇花上數小時去報案，原因是我想在這證明我是真的在這酒店被盜竊了，大家請不要租住這間酒店了」

「Very nice hotel, stayed for one night on business trip. Check in good, room quiet, warm and tidy. Evening meal very good with lots of room to relax around the bar. Breakfast, good choice, very good. Would definitely stay again 」

「Overall hotel room is okay but not too happy to assign to floor 0 as I found bugs inside the room from time to time. Initially, I want to extend my stay but I finally moved to nearby hotel for extra nights as I don’t want to stay in floor 0. The most important is they are not providing service to keep guests’ baggage, so I need to walk round to keep them at the airport wait till check in. They should mention it on their booking page.」

「We stayed in a premium room, very comfortable large bed, large room, lovely bathroom. Location is excellent, quiet and rural but close to dorking town. Would highly recommend and we will return one day.」

「The check-in process was easy and the staff very welcoming. Our rooms were very comfortable, in excellent condition, spotlessly clean and well-equipped. Tea and coffee supplies were in the room and in the comfortable “library” on the ground floor. It is an interesting building that is close to shops and restaurants. 」
