Front desk staff and cleaning staff were very friendly; Breakfast with Montreal bagels, Yum! The only negative was the parking-very tight fit and we had a compact vehicle. "

"Was one of my best stays in Montreal. Hotel was close to everything. Staff was very pleasant, helpful and attentive. Room was clean and towels were changed as needed. They even had pool towels for us. Pool was great and so was jacuzzi after a long day of walking around. Underground shopping was a few blocks away and if you ask the info desk in the malls, they will assist you in directions. Almost everyone we encountered spoke English. We were there for 3 days so we bought a 3 day transit pass which worked out well. Metro was right around the corner."
