"So first I got the wrong hotel and I didn’t know I booked here. When I arrived with my family I was very skeptical staying here. There is a truck stop in front and registration/casino was very small. The hotel is separate from the casino . The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. We went to the room and the hallways are very clean, remodeled with an old fashion look and the rooms were very clean. Our view of the lake was pretty. We ate at the restaurant and the food was delicious and service was great. I absolutely will stay here again if we travel back to Reno. "

"There was nothing in the kitchen, no coffee maker of any kind, and no hair dryer. I would at least expect a coffee maker and a hairdryer. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean, but TV was too small for the room and was hard to see from the beds. I really wanted to love this place so we could come back again and again, but I need to think about it. "

"The room was Great! Clean. We only stayed one night but overall it was good. It would have been nice if there was body soap and we're able to connect to the wifi with only one device, our other devices could not connect after. It didn't really bother us since it was just a short stay. Communication can be improved. I would stay here again if in town."

"These rooms were very small. We were traveling for sports and had 2 adults and 2 children. Super tight squeeze. I did not notice when booking they were not queen beds they were double beds which did not accomodate us well. We survived but wish i would have noticed because 3 nights was rough with 4 in a room. "
