"Nice and cosy little pod room. Enough space, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and never busy."

"This place exceeded my expectations. Super clean, well appointed. Shame it didn't have a kitchen but the room was v modern and spacious. I was with my family (2 kids). The room next door were smoking weed and it was coming through. I told reception, they sent security up and the problem was solved. Staff were great - I really have few complaints."

"We stayed here as my wife was having a medical procedure at a nearby clinic. The first room we were given stank of smoke and we were changed to a different room the following day. This room was fine. I had requested an extra hour (1300) for late checkout which the staff at the desk told me would be no problem. At 1155 I had a knock on my door and a staff member rudely told me that we needed to leave and didn't believe me when I mentioned our late checkout. I brought this up with the staff at reception and was told that there were lots of staff on and she didn't know about any late checkout. This marred an otherwise good stay and I would definitely be less likely to recommend this hotel to anyone and I will be warning people about requesting late checkout."
