「This place is great. I have stayed 3x now and loved every room. For checking out surf spots, perfect location! You can walk to Otterrock on a great, manicured trail. Great place!」

「Front desk staff (male) isn't friendly nor helpful when questions are asked, both via phone call and in person. His answers are one worded, belittling and make guests feel like they should figure things out themselves and that our questions are dumb. I'd NOT assign him as a frontline team if you care about leaving good first impression of the property on guests. 」

「We enjoyed 4 nights at the Ocean House and loved every minute. The home-cooked breakfast was outstanding as were the fresh coffee and muffins each morning and wine and cookies in the evening. The beach can be accessed right out of the front door and there are tons of things to see and do only a short drive away.
