「A fabulous stay in Lars. Great communication with the team there, and smooth check in process. The unique layout and amenities on site were perfect for my family to base out of. We really enjoyed breakfast on site, and it was a great meeting and kick off point to explore the country side. Close proximity to the old town made for easy walks for dinner, later drinks, or dessert. The garden and courtyard for on site bottles of wine to accompany snacks were very enjoyable. 「We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spotlessly clean. The pool is amazing - clean and empty each time we visited. The walk to the tram is just 10 minutes. There is an excellent organic supermarket right next door. The only slight downsides.... Reception is only open from 15.00-20.00. We did wonder what would have happened if we had an issue outside these hours. There is a daily parking fee - not sure why this is as the car park was relatively empty and it is not city-centre located. You...

「Our check-in was not smooth...we arrived at 1pm after a very long flight then a train from Zurich to Strasburg, so up almost 24 hours. We went to the front desk and was brusquely told by the woman we could not check-in until 3pm. We asked if there was perhaps just 1 room ready (we had 2 rooms reserved), again rudely told only at 3pm. Then we had to ask if we could at least store our luggage.
