"Dated building but central so a trade-off."

"Beautiful historic building but the wall in my room(536) is thin and could I hear everything the neighbours said. Fortunately mine were fairly quiet but if you had people who engaged in “late night activities” it could be bad. Also the bathroom had a slight sewer smell."

"The room and the hotel are really clean. Beds are really confortable. The hotel is new from April 2025. It is really well situated downtown Ottawa (5 min from walk to CF Rideau). However the sauna was not working and be prepared for the small parking lot non-free (37.5$ CAD). Also outside the hotel has a lot of homeless people. "
