"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the bed was so comfy I honestly had the best sleep all 5 nights i stayed there. The view of the city was amazing. I used to live in ottawa years ago so it was nice. I will definitely stay at your hotel again next year."

"Love the large living area and separate bedroom. The bathroom shower was large, lots of hot water and wonderful towels. The kitchen has dishwasher, fridge, stove top and lots of pots, pans, plates, cutlery and glasses if you decide you want to cook yourself. The tv in the living room and bedroom were easy to use and lots of channels available. Would definitely stay again and recommend!"

"Great old classy hotel. In good location for a few days. High tea was very over priced and not that good. Not all high teas are created equal. You may call it high tea, but this was very underwhelming for $200."
