Staff was great. They switched our room after the original room had very stained sheets (we would have been happy with new clean sheets). Breakfast is typical hotel breakfast fare. Nice that the hot water dispenser did not taste like coffee for us tea drinkers (other hotels take note).

Fairmont Chateau Laurier
The building is a historic wonder. The staff were welcoming, kind and informative. Mostly, the staff and food at Zoe were what made the visit so memorable. We will be back!

The Business Inn
The room was very clean and the staff were friendly , prompt and helpful. However, the lobby felt small and narrow since it was used for storage of toiletries and supplies which made it look a bit clunky as well. Tv doesn’t have streaming channels So that was kinda bit inconvenient.

The room was adequate at best. There was hair and dirt in the shower and the general upkeep was not acceptable for the price. The parking lot is a challenge and is also an additional cost. The breakfast had run out of everything and was not replenished very well.
