「The staff are a credit to this hotel, so welcoming and friendly. The room itself was okay, we had a room with a spa tub and sauna. On the surface this is great, however, it made everything in the room quite damp. The bed wasn’t comfortable and had I realised from the picture that it was a Murphy bed I would have chosen this room. The location is also a little far out, about an hours walk to the main harbour to pick up the ferry to Capri. A nice stay but would look for something closer to the...

「We booked this hotel very last minute and we were very happy with this find. The room was super clean, everything is modern, the AC worked perfectly and is very well located. You can walk to many to many places and the metro is right across the street. The staff was amazing, they were super helpful with helping us when we needed to go to the airport. Breakfast was great. We will go back and we highly recommend staying at Naples Plaza Duomo.」
