「Awesome place. If the check in time can be earlier will be better」

「The unit is furnished beautifully with walnut and backlit ambience. The beds are large and feel luxurious. Unfortunately there were critical issues that brought the overall rating down. A lot. First is accessibility. If you have heavy check-in luggages, be prepared to spend up to 5-10 minutes lifting it up multiple flights of stairs. 「Well maintained, clean property with a great view of Mt Fuji from the lounge. Convenient amenities. Quiet street but close to dining options, gas station and nearby shrine.」

「Overall experience is very good」

「A fairly remote location, perfect for exploring Yamanaka with great nearby views of Mount Fuji. Excellent price for the quality of amenities. The check in/out process were well optimized for the autonomous travellers, and the interactions I did have with staff were cordial and friendly.」

「Conveniently located near the station, but we were disappointed with the hygiene, particularly the bedding. Despite booking for two people, we only received one set of towels. Additionally, the room didn’t match the website description—we expected two beds and a usable balcony but got one bed and an unusable fenced area.」
