「the staff was absolutely amazing. everyone was very warm, friendly, and helpful. the rooms were cleaned daily, and the breakfast had a wide variety of good options for only being 8 euros. the location was a tad inconvenient since we went to milan almost everyday and could not stay out late because the buses did not run late, but that is obviously on me for not checking more thoroughly and not in their control. the transportation was still easy enough, just a bit inconvenient.」

「It was a long day for us and the first front desk staff could not find my booking so we had to wait there to figure out what's going on. Yet later another girl came and told us she found it after a while. No apology were said by their staff and they had nothing to say. Very disturbing experience and would definitely not considering staying here next time.」

「I did not eat breakfast. There is a buffet breakfast. There is no tea cup with spoon in the room. There is no tissue paper, only have toilet paper. The church nearby rings every hour even at night so bring a earplugs. Otherwise it is fine. The bathtub stopper does not work so I have to sit and put pressure on it to keep it down. No shower curtain if you need to shower. 」
