「バスタブがあったのでこのホテルを選びましたが、チェックインして部屋に行ったところシャワーだけの部屋でした。フロントに戻って部屋を変更してもらいましたが、予約時にバスタブのリクエストがなかったからだと言われました。予約した部屋が「バスタブ付き」となっていても、別でリクエストがないとダメとは驚きました。要注意です。他のスタッフはみんな親切で、日本語を話す方もいてとても良いホテルでした。食事も良かったです。トラムの乗り場が目の前で便利です。」
