Very good apartments in a classy area of Oslo

This hotel is in a very upmarket area of Oslo with many eateries around. It's also a10 minute walk to the Royal Palace grounds. The apartment itself is clean with many amenities to cook your own food and even wash/dry clothes. We were upgraded to an apartment with a sofa bed and balcony which was very kind of the owners and much welcomed. Definitely a good base to explore Oslo centre from.

The room was above a bar and a pizza place. It was a little loud until 10pm The balcony was nice and quiet to sit and read. The room had what we need. Walk to Palace. We used the hop-on hop-off bus, stop in front of palace.

Wonderful Place to stay

I was very happy to stay at Numa. Communication was easy and nice. Check in was so easy provided by a link and information. The apartment was clean and amenities great! In addition to this we had free access to tea and coffee. There are great restaurants and shops near by and easy access to the city centre. Frogner is an awesome place to live and the neighborhood is beautiful. I will definitely be back!

Amazing place to stay in Oslo for a couple of days. Located on a quiet street for Oslo standards in the chique Frogner area. There was however quite a lot of noise from the restaurant/bar in the inner court. Walking distance from tram & bus stops and nationaltheatret station. Check-in went easily through their website. Overall i had a very pleasant stay!

Love the location. Easy to get on public transport. Very walkable to everything. I think the best area to be in. Loved all the dining, grocery and tourist attractions nearby. Would definitely stay again. Only downside was the elevator was broken the entire 9 days we were there and we had to go up 5 long flights of stairs. This was communicated to us prior to arrival so we were ok with it and made so. The unit itself was spacious and perfect for a extended stay. Great washer dryer with buttons in English, so it was easy to use. Highly recommend.

I love how the hotel is close to a few different public transit stops, several places to eat, have a drink, or have coffee, and shops for necessities. The room was spacious and clean and the property management was responsive and fixed the minor issue we had right away. What I didn't like is that the elevator was out of order (they did have someone available to help carry our bags but I have mobility problems), and the locks on the windows were pretty worn out. Also, people at the bar and restaurant downstairs would talk loudly and shout at night, which made sleeping difficult. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, though.

Five-star experience!

Our stay at the Numa Topp Apartments in Oslo was excellent! The apartment is modern, well appointed, clean, quiet and centrally located. It is within walking distance to attractions such as the Vigeland Park and the Oslo Opera House. The neighborhood is fairly upscale, and near what seems to be Norway’s “Embassy Row”. Most importantly, Numa’s customer service is extremely helpful with great coverage. My wife left her watch in the apartment which was found by Numa’s clean crew (kudos to them!). Since we are unfamiliar with shipping options from Norway back to the U.S., various members of Nima’s customer service team have been working with us patiently to help arrange for the watch to be shipped back. We are very appreciative of their team’s attentiveness and care. It truly has been a five-star experience.

Nice room, terrible service

The hotel and the room was very nice, and check in went smoothly. There is no daily cleaning which we did not need. Coffee, tea, clean towels etc. was available in a closet by the front door. We arrived on a warm and sunny friday, and the room was very warm. We tried to open the windows as there was no a/c. They did only open 5 cm which did not really help. We also realised that the room (203) was placed right above a wine bar with loud music and tables outside just below the windows. So, the room was boiling, and the music was loud, so I decided to politely ask for a more quiet room. The hotel has no reception, so customer service was via a chatbot on Whatsapp. It was a very tiresome ecperience trying to communicate and finally getting through to a human who was also not very helpful. They offered us a fan against the heat but then forgot about it again. And they claimed that the wine bar was not their problem and we could not change rooms. I never asked them to do anything about the bar, just to give me a more quiet room. For every exchange with customer service I had to rate the conversation again and again. So, the room was nice and the location was great. But if you are in any way sensitive to noise and temperature like me, you might want to stay somewhere else as customer service is not willing to resolve any issues.

Beautiful property with beautiful apartments, there is no front desk on site, check-in was easy as was getting into the building, the only issue was communication tended to be a little slow using their designated app. The only way to get expedited service was to call. That was a bit frustrating.
