「I checked in in the afternoon from international travel . They can’t provide hot water in the evening for bath . They said hot water available only in the morning . I informed them my check out in the morning by 6 am and ensure hot water. And nobody there to ensure hot water availability in the morning before I check out 」

「I paid up in full for Lofty Stay and on reaching their location I learnt that it has been closed and sealed by the bank. Hotels.com shud have verified this and removed this Service Apartment from their listing. I have no connect number of Hotels customer complaints. Hotels.com is obligated and is requested to refund my entire amount as I've trusted this site for many years and this episode was extremely distressing」
